Your choice, record by record
You can use your HerDay account without adding health, cycle, journal, or emergency information. Choosing Save asks HerDay Life to store the information you enter and make it available in your private account. Add only what you want to keep here.
What is stored and why
The record tools store titles, dates, timezones, notes, statuses, and the fields shown on each form. These can include health information, medication instructions you enter, cycle dates, appointments, doctor contacts, tasks, reminders, journal text, emergency contacts, and document or report details. A saved document can also have private PDF versions. Supabase stores these records and files so you can retrieve, edit, and organize them across devices.
Timeline, Calendar, Today, and search read your saved records. The audit history contains the operation, record type, opaque identifier, and time, without copies of your notes or journal text.
Privacy controls
Access requires your authenticated account and ownership checks. Journal and emergency records are excluded from Timeline and search by default. You can change those choices per record. Journal text is never searched, and journal previews use a generic label. No record content is sent to AI, advertising, or product analytics services.
These controls do not constitute end-to-end encryption. The service infrastructure processes the information needed to provide the application.
Correction and deletion
Open a record to edit it or permanently delete it from the active application database. Deletion also removes it from Timeline, Calendar, and search. Content-free audit history and provider backups are separate; backup retention must be finalized before a public launch. Whole-account export and deletion still require assistance.
Current limits
PDF attachments are limited to 10 MB, stored privately, and blocked from download until an independent malware scanner approves them. Automated medication schedules, recurring reminders, email and push alerts, external appointment booking, and clinical interpretation are not enabled. Keep a separate alarm for time-critical needs. HerDay is not a doctor or an emergency service.

This page describes the optional record implementation for development testing. The published account documents retain their original account-release version. A consolidated legal notice and retention policy require review before this expanded product is publicly launched. Use fictional records during this testing period.
