Your relationship with HerDay
These terms apply to the use of HerDay.life and its account application, operated by HerDay Life in India. “You” means the person using an account; “we” and “us” mean HerDay Life.

Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Create an account for yourself using an email address you control. Do not impersonate someone else or use another person’s information without authorization.
Keep credentials and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but these terms do not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorized action. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
An authenticator adds protection when enabled. Recovery codes and self-service authenticator removal are not yet supported; keep access to your authenticator. We cannot promise to recover an account when ownership cannot be verified safely.
What the current release provides
This release supports email/password accounts, email verification, account recovery, profiles, onboarding, preferences, authenticator-based verification, and account security controls.
Health, cycle, medication, appointment, document, journal, reminder, calendar, and emergency screens are interface foundations. Their presence is not a promise that records can be stored, appointments booked, notifications delivered, or assistance dispatched. Illustrative cards contain fictional information.
AI, OCR, financial tools, sharing, billing, and native mobile applications are not included. New features may require additional notices, choices, and terms before use. A roadmap is not a delivery guarantee.
Health and emergency boundaries
HerDay is an organizational service, not a medical practitioner, diagnosis platform, clinical decision-support system, or emergency-response service. It does not recommend medicines or changes to dosage.
Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional for health decisions. Do not delay treatment or rely on an application reminder for urgent care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly. See the Health Disclaimer.
Your information and our limited permission
You retain rights in the information you provide. You give HerDay permission to process it only as needed to deliver the functions you request, secure the service, handle authorized support, and meet applicable obligations, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Do not upload sensitive information into unrelated fields or submit records belonging to other people. A permission to operate your account is not permission to sell your information, publish it, or use it to train a general-purpose AI system.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information where accuracy is necessary for account access.
- Do not attempt to access another account, evade access controls, steal credentials, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person.
- Do not disrupt availability or use automation that bypasses security or reasonable usage controls.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to contact@herday.life and avoid accessing information that is not yours.
Fees and communications
No payment collection or subscription purchase is implemented in this account release. If paid services are introduced, their price, billing terms, cancellation process, and applicable refund rights must be shown before you choose to purchase.
Account verification, password recovery, security, and other necessary service messages are separate from marketing. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service usable, but maintenance, provider failures, and internet or device problems may interrupt access. The account release does not offer an uptime guarantee. It should not be your only means of keeping important information or accessing urgent help.
We may change functionality for security, legal, or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects your account or rights, we will provide appropriate notice and any further choice required by law.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate serious abuse, protect accounts, address a legal obligation, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a route to raise a concern, unless doing so would create a security risk or conflict with law.
You can stop using HerDay and contact us to request account closure. Self-service account deletion is not yet available. Closure, data handling, any required retention, and the outcome must be explained through the request process described in the Privacy Notice.
Responsibility and your statutory rights
The service must be used within its stated scope. We do not promise that the account release is suitable for clinical use or that it will prevent every loss, unauthorized access, or service interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility where such a limitation is prohibited. Any claim is subject to applicable law; these terms do not impose an arbitrary monetary liability cap or a waiver of consumer rights.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
These terms are intended to be governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain access to competent courts, consumer forums, and authorities as permitted by law.
These terms do not select an exclusive city, require private arbitration, or prevent you from exercising a statutory complaint right.
